Yes, we require access to:

• A power point near the vehicle for our equipment.

• A water tap connection for cleaning purposes.

In cases of bad weather—such as rain, severe storms, or high winds your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available date unless you have an undercover or indoor area where we can perform the service. We’ll always communicate with you ahead of time if a reschedule is necessary

We generally don’t charge a call-out fee for locations within 35 minutes of the Adelaide CBD. However, for areas located more than 35 minutes from the CBD, a small travel fee will apply. We’ll let you know the exact fee when you book your appointment.
